Am I a Candidate?
Best results come with mild-to-moderate laxity — typically 30s to 50s, or after weight loss. Very advanced sagging may be surgical territory, and we'll say so honestly. Your dermatologist may defer treatment with active skin infections or severe cystic acne in the area, metallic implants at the site, recent fillers (a gap is advised), during pregnancy, or with certain medical devices. HIFU is safe across Indian skin tones — the energy targets depth, not pigment.
